Overlay Texture is flickering when using LoadRawTextureData if Rendering Color Space is "Linear"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "FlickerReproduction.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game window
Expected result: Raw image overlay is not flickering
Actual result: Raw image overlay is flickering
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.1.28f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a15 (Errors after downgrade)
Notes:
- Reproducible in the Editor and in the Player
- Not reproducible when Rendering Color Space is "Gamma"
