Overlay Preset is not updated when choosing it in the Overlay Menu
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project
# In Scene View open the Overlay Menu ( ` )
# Click on the dropdown menu "Default" > Save Preset or Save Preset to File and create multiple Presets
# Open the Overlay Menu and click on the dropdown menu and select other Presets
*Actual results:* Preset selection is saved, but it's not displayed visually in the Dropdown Menu immediately
*Expected results:* Preset selection is immediately visually presented to users and the Overlay Menu is repainted
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.1.0b15
*Not reproducible with:* 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.2.0a9
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
