Overlay Menu options open on the top of the window when the window is positioned at the bottom of the screen
NOTE
This issue can be reproduce with any overlay menu in any window eg SceneView.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Universal 2D project
2. Create any Sprite (Create > 2D > Sprites > Triangle)
3. Select newly created Sprite and press "Open Sprite Editor" button in the Inspector
4. Press kebab menu in the Sprite Editor window and select Overlay Menu
5. Press on eye icon to enable Overlay Menu
6. Right-click on the Overlay Menu to open options
7. Observe Overlay Menu options
Actual results: Overlay Menu options appear on the top of the Sprite Editor window
Expected results: Overlay Menu options appear above Overlay Menu icon
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.55f1
Couldn't reproduce with versions: 2021.3.54f1, 2022.3.65f1, 2023.3.0a18(no Overlay Menu option)
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
Not reproduced on: Windows 11
