Overlay Camera is not rendered when Graphics API is set to WebGL 1.0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-106724“ project
2. Go to Project Settings > Player > Other Settings
3. Ensure “Auto Graphics API“ is unchecked and “WebGL 1” is selected
4. Build and Run the project
5. In the build enter fullscreen mode and observe
Expected result: There is an image in the bottom left corner and the background is blue
Actual result: There is no image in the bottom left corner and the background is black
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b1(4897ee769494), 2022.3.64f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.53f1, 2022.1.0a16
Could not test with: 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1 (“WebGL 1“ not available)
Reproducible on: macOS 15.5 (M1 Max), Windows 10
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
