[Output] 'Transparent Render Queue' settings are not carried over when creating a copy of the output
Repro steps:
1. Create a default VFX asset
2. Open it and select the Output
3. Change the Output Transparent Render Queue to something different than 'Default'
4. Copy-paste the output
5. Observe how the new copy's value for the same field is 'Default'
