[Output] Not all HDRP Render Queues are relevant for all outputs
Repro steps:
1. Open a VFX Graph in HDRP and select a transparent output
2. In the inspector, observe all the render queue options.
Expected outcome:
- Raytracing to not appear for any outputs (unless we implement an output which needs it)
- Lit outputs disappear when used with 'After Post Processing': the option should be removed if it's not supported.
- If these don't make sense for distortion outputs, then the renderer queue option should be removed entirely
