[Outline/Shadow] Outline and shadow change color based on sprite's color.
Outlines and shadows changes color based on the color of their image sprite.
Repro steps:
1. Open UI scene from attached project
2. Select Image(1) withuin the Canvas in the hierarchy.
3. Select the outline script and change the effect color.
4. Observe how the outline color changes based on its adjacent pixel color.
Expected outcome: outline color to be a consistent color, regardless of the color of the image.
Notes:
- turning off "Graphic alpha" does not change the color multiplication.
- outline/shadow color on text shows consistent color, regardless of text color
- not a regression, appears in 5.3.1f1
