Outdated packages in the Mixed Reality template when creating a new project
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Mixed Reality template
- Observe the Project Validation popup in the Project Settings window
Actual results: Warnings are shown for outdated packages
Expected results: No warnings or errors are shown
Reproducible with versions: 2.1.0 (6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7)
Not reproducible with versions: 2.1.0 (6000.0.44f1)
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3, Ubuntu 22.04

Resolution Note (fix version 2.1.1):
The latest version of the XR Interaction Toolkit package and samples were imported into the Mixed Reality template project to satisfy the warnings.
