Out of memory import 4k textures
Could reproduce on 4.3.0 beta 1
To reproduce:
- Open attached project and do one of the following actions to make the editor crash
1. Select a single cupe map and change the format to RGBA 32 and click apply
2. Select multiple cubemaps in Project Browser
