[OSX] Serious Handles.DrawLine performance degredation in Unity 5.3
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Handles.zip"
2. Notice the new "Test" menu.
3. Go to "Test->Handles.DrawLine Test"
4. When the new window appears, run the mouse over the window.
The two waves will animate. In Unity 5.2 and lower, this animates smoothly. In Unity 5.3 RC1 (at least), the performance is terrible.
