[OSX][IntelHD] Firefox performance greatly reduced with WebGL 2.0
-e: when running WebGL 2.0 content on OSX with and IntelHD gfx firefox is really slow
-repro:
--create new project
--import standard assets from A$
--build the CarAIWaypointBased scene for WebGL 1.0 and 2.0
--run both builds in FF with WebGL 2.0 enabled on OSX with an IntelHD
--NOTICE the WebGL 1.0 version runs smoothly while the 2.0 version stutters heavily
-tested and repro with:
--MacBookPro mid-2012 with IntelHD 4000 (FF50 + Nightly53)
--MacBookAir mid-2012 with IntelHD 4000 (FF50)
-tested and no repro with:
--MacBookPro with Nvidia (FF50 + Nightly53)
--MacBookAir mid-2012 with Intel Iris Pro 6200 (FF50)
--Win10 with IntelHD (FF50 + Nightly53)
