[OSX] Editor windows flicker in Play Mode when dragging and docking windows with Metal Editor Support enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-supplied project and make sure Metal Editor Support is enabled
2. Enter Play Mode, undock and drag the Game window around
3. Observe the flickering
Expected result: the Editor windows do not flicker in Play Mode
Actual result: the Editor windows flicker
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a5, 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0a24
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1
Notes:
1. Reproducible in OSX 10.15.3

Same here on 2020.1.a21 and 2020.1.a24
As an addition, this doesn't only happens to us when dragging screens, but also randomly playing the game, running Mac OS 10.14.5 (Mojave) on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017)
