[OSX][Editor] Cannot quit Editor after canceling scene save
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Change something in the scene
3) CMD + Q so popup would ask to save
4) Click Cancel
5) CMD + Q again
6) Notice nothing happens and in the Menu Bar Quit option is greyed out
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b5; 5.4.0b2
No repro in: 5.3.2p1

Workaround: Force quit the Editor
