[OSX] Built scene starts flickering on main screen when using Camera.SetTargetBuffers in a specific project
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Build and run 'main' scene in the external monitor
3. Notice that scene is fully colored in black(case 1082569 bug)
4. Move built scene to the main monitor
5. Notice that it starts flickering(gif attached)
Reproduced: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.8f1, 2018.3.0b1, 2019.1.0a1
Tested on:
MB Pro 2,2 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB, OSX 10.14
