[OSX 10.13] CPU usage on built empty scene is much higher than on 10.12 or 10.11
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Disable Directional light(for better repro)
3. Build and run scene
4. Open activity monitor
Expected: CPU usage for built scene will be 10-20%
Actual: after 5-10 seconds CPU usage is 40-50%
Reproduced on: 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a3
Note:
• If build scene window is not active, CPU usage becomes as expected
• If Directional Light is enabled, sometimes CPU usage reduces for a few seconds
Tested on: OSX 10.11.6, 10.12.6, 10.13.1
