[OS X] Time.deltaTime incorrect value in Update() when time settings on Mac changed few times
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "main" scene
3. Play it in the Editor
4. Open Date and Time Settings
5. Change the time
6. Switch back to the Unity
7. Repeat 5, 6 steps few times
Actual behavior: observe the counter slows down as you change time settings
