Order In Layer property in Sprite Renderer doesn't work with URP Lit Material
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "URPSprite.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select SampleCharacter GameObject
3. In Inspector window, Sprite Renderer component, adjust the Color property
4. Observe GameObject in Scene / Game views
Expected result: The Sprite is in front of every other Sprite in the Scene
Actual result: The Sprite is behind every other Sprite in the Scene
Reproducible with: 6.0.6 (2021.3.30f1), 8.0.1 (2022.3.9f1), 9.0.2 (2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a7)

Resolution Note:
This is not a bug and it does work. You need to make sure when using the Lit shader that you create a material and set it to use the transparent queue.
