[Optional] RefRO<T> always returns false when T is a Tag Component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “EcsPlayground”
2. Open the “Bug” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected results: “I have a NoClip Component” log returns “True”
Actual results: “I have a NoClip Component” log returns “False”
Reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
