[OpenVR|SinglePassStereo] Splashscreen stereo discrepency
1) Download and open the attached project.
2) Plug in HTC Vive or Oculus Rift
3) Start Steam VR
4) Open the attached project
5) Go to Player settings and ensure OpenVR is preffered and ONLY VR SDK
6) Ensure Single Pass Stereo is enabled
7) Ensure unity splash screen is enabled
8) Build then run a windows standalone player
9) Tilt head left and right and observe the stereo discrepency on the Unity Splash Screen.
