[OpenVR] Changing FOV at runtime does not work
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project
2. Open the "FOVChange" scene
3. Setup Vive.
4. Ensure that OpenVR is the preferred and only SDK in the VR SDKs list
5. Put on the headset
6. Press '1', '2', and '3' to change the FOV to 60, 80, and 100 respectively.
7. Observe that FOV never changes
Actual result: FOV does not change
Expected result: FOV changes.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b2, 5.4.1f1, 5.4.0f3

What, exactly, is the workaround here?
