Opening project in same version as created after backport rebuild confuses Unity into believing same version is incompatible
To reproduce:
1) Create new project in version A (for example, 5.2.0b3) and open it
2) Close it
3) Open it in version B which is older than A (for example, 5.0), to force a rebuild due to incompatible version
4) Close it again
5) Open it again in version A, get message that last opened version was version A and that it's incompatible
