Opening project crashes when using China branch of editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Launch the user attached "New Unity Project(2)"
Expected result: The Project opens properly
Actual result: The Project crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2019.4.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1
Could not test with: 2020.2, 2021.1 (Not present in the China branch)
Note: The code that causes the crash has been identified as useless now and will be removed in the next release of 2019.4
