Opening a project leads to loop of Calculating asset hashes and Re-serializing Assets
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's project (link in the edit)
Expected result: Project opens without getting stuck in a loop
Actual result: Opening of the project gets stuck in a loop of "Calculating asset hashes" and "Re-serializing Assets" pop-ups
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17 (couldn't upgrade to a functioning project)
Note: If you are presented with the "TriLib plugins not found" pop-up click on "Ask to save changes and restart", it might appear more than once
