Opening a prefab with a vertical layout group and a child with content size fitter causes the prefab scene to become dirty
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ContextSizeFitterBug.zip"
2. In Project window, open "VerticalListBroken" prefab
3. Observe the Hierarchy
Expected result: the prefab is not dirty
Actual result: the prefab is dirty
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2017.4 (due to old prefab system)
