[OSX][GLCORE] CPU spikes in "Overhead"
-e: as per title Overhead takes up more time in bigger spikes in OpenGL 4.1 compared to 2.1
-repro:
--open attached project (it is just the Standard Assets) with OpenGL core on OSX
--open the car or car AI scene
--play scene with profiler
--NOTICE big spikes in Overhead
--redo the above but start the editor with -force-opengl
--notice there are no Overhead spikes
-no repro in 5.2, 5.1
