[Windows] Calling Graphics.SetRandomWriteTarget crashes editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "bug.zip" project
2. Open the only scene
3. Play the scene
4. Exit the play mode
-Observe the crash
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a1, 5.5.0b10, 5.4.2p2, 5.3.6p7, 5.2.5f1
