OnTriggerExit is not called when colliding trigger is destroyed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "TriggerTest3D" project
2. Open the "Test" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press space to destroy the trigger game object ("Destroyed" message should appear)
Expected result: When the trigger game object is destroyed the OnTriggerExit function should be called (message "Exit" should appear).
Actual result: When the trigger game object is destroyed the OnTriggerExit function doesn't get called.
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0a1, 2017.1.0f3, 5.6.2p4, 5.5.4p1, 5.4.5p1.
