OnTriggerEnter2D not called when enabling GameObject
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the available scene
3. Play scene
4. Observe the Console logs
Result: OnTriggerEnter2D is not called when a gameobject with a collider is enabled in the Hierarchy
Reproduced with: 5.5.0a1, 5.4.0b23, 5.3.4p4
Not reproducible: 5.3.4p3, 5.2.3p3
Regression since: 5.3.4p4
