OnStateIK method is called multiple times for the BaseLayer in the Animator window when additional layers have IK Pass enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select game object xbot
3. Enter the Game mode
4. Inspect the Console and Animator window
Expected: OnStateIK method is called one time for the BaseLayer in the Animator window
Actual: OnStateIK method is called multiple times for the BaseLayer in the Animator window
