OnServerAddPlayer does not get called for initial player spawn when AutoCreatePlayer is set to true
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached project
2. play scene main
3. start as host
Expected: Hello logged to console
Actual: OnServerAddPlayer does not get called
Reproduced: 5.2.5f1, 5.4.0.f3, 5.5.0b2
