OnPreRender and OnPostRender get called when clicking on the game view or resizing windows while paused
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the scene
3. Press play
4. Press pause
5. Click on the Game view/resize windows
Expected: OnPreRender() and OnPostRender() are not called
Actual: OnPreRender() and OnPostRender() are getting called
It happens even when resizing windows doesn't change Game view's resolution
Reproduced on: 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2p2, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3
