OnPostprocessMaterial is not called when trying to Reimport material
How to reproduce:
1. Open my attached project ("case_1065882_material.zip")
2. Find "New Material" in the Assets folder and Reimport it
Expected result: Material turns red, OnPostprocessMaterial is called
Actual result: Material stays white, OnPostprocessMaterial is not called
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a7, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.1.4p2
