OnEnable is called twice if gameobject is disabled and enabled in Awake
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode
Expected result: onEnable is only called once
Actual result: onEnable is called twice
Reproduced on 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.22f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.b5, 2019.2.0a7
