"OnDisable" and "OnDestroy" do not occur for custom editor windows when exiting
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It generates two text files when a custom editor window is closed
2. Open Window > Test
3. Close the window - check the project directory, two text files have been generated
4. Open the window again and close unity or change the project - no files are created
