Yes
OnCollisionExit for Convex colliders is only called after the mesh travels a certain distance from collision
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the scene
2. Enter play mode
3. Make sure Console window is visible
4. Press Jump.Force = 100 button
5. See that nothing happens
6. Spam the button for a few times
7. Notice how object exits the collider multiple times
Reproduced on: 5.5.1p1, 5.6.0b5
Did not reproduce on: 5.4.4f1
Regression introduced on 5.5
Note: Removing "Convex" checkbox makes the colliders work as intended
Workaround: Disable the PCM collisions in the physics settings.

What's the ETA on this? My game is totally broken in anything past 5.4.4. I would like to take advantage of the WebGL build tweaks :)
