OnClientError() does not throw an error when connection times out
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene "offline"
3. Play
4. Click the "Connect" button
5. Notice that there was no error registered even though it failed to connect
Expected result: OnClientError should register the error of connection timeout
Actual result: OnClientError() does not throw an error when connection times out
reproduced on: 5.4.0b13, 5.3.4p2, 5.2.4f1, 5.1.4f1
