OnAudioFilterRead method delivers audio sample set by computer's input device instead of one set in Unity

--

-

How to reproduce:
# Set OS audio input device frequency to 48 000 Hz
# Open the user’s attached "Scoreflows" project
# Enter the Play Mode in the “MainScene” Scene
# Select, load, and play any music piece
# Click the “REC” button on the last track
# Record voice
# Play the recorded voice

Expected result: Microphone frequency is interpolated into the length set in Unity
Actual result: No interpolation is done, the sound is distorted

Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0b2, 2023.1.0a4

Reproduced on: macOS 12.3 (Intel)

Note: One may avoid this issue by setting microphone frequency in OS settings. However, for instance, each Android device has a different frequency set causing each to output sound in a different level
