[OSX] On Mac OS frame rate constantly spikes
To Reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add cameraScript script to camera (cameraScript is attached)
3. Build
4. Observe how sometimes there's a frame which takes a lot longer.

Second that. Android, or Editor, or Standalone build, it still there. 3.5.7 or 4.3.4, doesn't matter. Twitches at constant rate each second. It just annoying and makes you not to feel gameplay smooth even if it runs at 1000fps.
