On DirectX9,one-pixel offset appears and disappears as the image fill amount value changes
To reproduce this bug:
1. Import 'hud' package
2. Open 'Town' scene
3. In Player's Settings(Edit->Project Settings->Player) disable 'Use Direct3D 11'
4.Select AuraBar(HUD->Aura Bar) in the hierarchy
5.Open Game View
6. Change Fill Amount and notice a glitch when the amount is changing
7. Enable 'Use Direct3D 11'
8. Repeat 4-6
9. Everything works fine
