[Oculus XR Plugin] AndroidManifest.xml is removed when exporting a project with Oculus selected in XR Plug-in Management
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj" with Android Platform
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. In File > Build Settings click the Export button
4. In the exported project directory go to /unityLibrary/src/main folder
5. Look for the AndroidManifest.xml file in this folder
Expected result: AndroidManifest.xml is seen
Actual result: AndroidManifest.xml is not found
Reproducible with: 4.0.0 (2022.3.10f1)
Not reproducible with: 4.1.1 (2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
This is already resolved in Oculus Plugin 4.1.1. Please use the package manager to upgrade your package.
