[Oculus] Standalone build crashes when HMD USB cable is unplugged during game play
Standalone build crashes when HMD HDMI cable is unplugged
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open attached project
2. Add Player Settings > XR Settings > Virtual SDKs > Oculus
3. Set Player Settings > XR Setting > Render Mode > SinglePass Instanced
4. Build Player for Window Standalone
5. Play the Build
6. During Gameplay, unplug the HMD HDMI cable
Expected Result: Game should be paused
Actual Result: Build Crashes
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0b3, 2019.3.0b2, 2019.3.0a1
Working Fine on: 2019.2.1f1
Environment: Windows 10
