[Oculus Quest][Oculus Go] XRDevice TrackingSpaceType is set to Stationary as default
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1183256"
2. Build and Run on Oculus Quest/Go
The player head is correctly above ground
3. Remove the only script from XR Rig which sets TrackingSpaceType to RoomScale and save the scene
4. Repeat step 2
Actual: The player head is placed at the floor level and the cube is directly at the head level
Expected: The player head is placed higher than the floor
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a14
