[Oculus Quest][GearVR] Application crashes if Minify is set to Proguard/Gradle in the player settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "New Unity Project"
2. Make sure that Minify in Project Settings (Publishing Settings) is set to Proguard/Gradle
3. Build&Run application for Quest or GearVR capable device
Result - Application crashes
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a21, 2019.3.0f6, 2019.3.0b1
Pacakges tested with - Oculus XR Plugin 1.0.0, 1.1.5
