[XR][Oculus Quest] Device's rotation axes are inverted when building an application for Quest
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Set up and Build for Oculus Quest
3. Observe the application via the device
Result: rotation axes are inverted, making the initial rotation as well as any changes in 6dof space to be incorrectly applied
Reproduced in: 2018.4.1f1
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
Note: does not reproduce on Oculus GO
