[Oculus] Oculus Utilities + Unity 5.3 grabs wrong initial pose
Regresses from 5.3.1p2 to 5.3.1p3
1) download the project
2) connect dk2 and ensure VR mode is enabled
3) build the project for standalone windows
4) rotate the headset 90 degrees so that it is standing on it's side
5) run the build
6) rotate the headset back 90 degrees so that it's right side up
7) observe the game world is tilted to the right 90 degrees
