Oculus intialization fails on Standalone builds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable VR and set SDK to Oculus
3. Build for Standalone
4. Launch the build
Expected result: build acts as a VR application
Actual result: build acts as a regular standalone application
