Oculus Go: when app start from oculus menu, there will be a white screen before a black screen and first unity scene
Steps to Reproduce:
- Build and run the attached blank project on an Oculus Go. Any blank project will also do.
- Quit the app
- Launch it again from the Oculus Menu -> Library -> Unknown Sources
Expected:
App launches straight to splash screen
Observed:
App flashes black, white, black before launching splash screen
Reproduced on 2017.4.8f1, 2017.4.9f1
Does not occur on 2018.2.5f1
Current 2018.3 alpha has android build issues, cannot test
Since 17.4 is the most recent LTS, user prevalence is set to "affects a majority"
