[Oculus Go][Oculus Quest] Input field doesn't respond to interaction and doesn't accept input
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on an Oculus Go/Quest
3. Point the controller on to the input field and press any button
Actual: The input field doesn't respond
Reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a8
Notes:
- Couldn't test 2017.4
- Doesn't reproduce on a Rift S
