[Oculus Go][Oculus Quest] Blit doesn't work properly on Single Pass
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run
3. Observe the screen
Actual: Only a quarter of the square is rendered
Reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a9, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
