Occlusion culling culls walls that are seen by the Camera when the room is fully enclosed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "Occlusion Culling Issue 2019.3.0f5" and scene "_Main Scene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Go into the red, fully enclosed room
Expected result: Walls, seen by the camera are not culled
Actual result: Some walls are culled
Reproducible with: 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1 (no Package Manager, project contains packages)
Note: All visible walls are culled if the room contains gaps
Workaround: Disabling Occluder Static tag on affected walls
